Seb S – Nico and his crew truly delivered on my kitchen remodeling. Job was completed on time, as promised, and was handled very professionally. I appreciate the follow-up as well: Nico stayed around to ensure that inspectors could look at the remodel and sign-off on it. While many other contractors charge extra for this – Nico did not.
Additionally, we had one of the ‘soft close’ mechanism for a kitchen drawer that happened to break a few weeks ago. Within two days, Nico sent someone over to replace it, for free, according to the terms of our contract.
Highly recommended contractor for quality work!

Ram R – Eden Development are just the best of the best what they did for me was amazing, it was a difficult situation  because another company did not do their job and MOTI and his crew had basically fix all what the other company  did  wrong, and  took him like 3 weeks just to know what they really did so we can move forward, ok here comes the best, Moti did not ask me for any money until he knew what exactly hat was going on and then we sign the contract and stuff, but who does that he did not know me and he basically trust on his job and in me that I was going to hire him after he did all the research and spent all that time, so thats why Moti Eden development are the best of the best really straight forward guys that like to work, now that I have my first business and they help me with everything they can I want to open another one and guess who I am going to call

Karen V – They did a great job! The guys at Eden just finished remodeling my entire kitchen and two bathrooms. Nico and his guys were SO NICE and walked me through every detail, step by step. I was a little worried because we had a hard deadline to meet (Out of town guests coming) but they assured me it would be done in time. Thankfully, they were done 6 days early!! They also tried to save me money buy showing me cheaper options of things I wanted. For example, the granite I wanted was really expensive but Nico showed me a granite that looked almost identical for much less. I am forever thankful for their hard work and have already recommended them to a few friends.

Although he wasn’t the cheapest from the reset but worth it 100% we really can trust him with anything .we were out of town during the construction process and left our home in his hands.  Nico took the time to email us samples and make sure everything decision made went through us first and the final results were amazing. Everything was done on time, on budget, and very clean. I highly recommend Eden Development!!!!!!!!!!!

A helpful designer came up with the plan, accounting for every inch, and several hardworking men toiled many late evenings and weekends to complete the job. The team was also very helpful and performed additional small jobs that were not a part of the contract. Nico was very responsive throughout the process via text and phone. The remodel was completed in great time, well ahead of schedule. Unlike other contractors, Nico provides excellent value for money. We love our new kitchen!
